Which AI assistants can connect?

CXPOS supports compatible AI assistants through its AI agent integration, including supported ChatGPT and Codex connection workflows. Availability depends on the assistant, account plan and workspace policy.

Where do I upload my menu or recipe file?

Attach it in your connected AI assistant. The assistant interprets the file and works with the permitted CXPOS actions.

Can the assistant update my entire system automatically?

Access depends on the permissions and branches you authorize. Menu, price and recipe updates use reviewed previews and confirmation. Purchase orders created through the integration remain drafts for review.

What happens when a quantity, unit or cost is missing?

The workflow highlights missing or unclear information. Item matching, unit relationships and batch yield must be resolved before a valid recipe import can proceed. Missing costs remain incomplete.

Does recipe costing show my net profit?

Recipe costing provides food-cost estimates and indicative margins on the stated report basis. A full net-profit calculation requires other business costs and accounting information.

Does saving a recipe change stock or selling prices?

Saving a recipe updates its definition. That action does not itself move stock or change selling prices.

Is this available for every CXPOS installation?

The AI integration must be enabled on the company’s CXPOS server. Available actions also depend on the user’s permissions, enabled modules and connected assistant. Book a demonstration to confirm availability for your installation.
