Account Manager subscribers benefit from a "Hybrid Support" model, providing access to both the General Hotline and a dedicated Personal Priority Line.

Compliance & Regulatory Notice:
- General Hotline: All calls are recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution under standard operating procedures.
- Direct Lines: Per TRCL (Telecommunications Regulatory Commission) approval, direct personal mobile lines for Account Managers are not recorded.
- Email Mandate: To ensure technical accuracy and legal accountability, all major system requirements or commercial changes must be submitted via email. Verbal instructions via unrecorded direct lines will not be accepted for high-impact system configurations.
4. Commercial & Payment Terms
4.1. Rate Stability
Subscription fees are fixed for one (1) year. No rate revisions apply during this initial 12-month term.
4.2. Prepaid Structure
Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once service commences.
4.3. Refundable Security Deposit
- Deposit equivalent to one (1) month's subscription is required.
- Refundable after 6 months from termination, provided all dues are settled.
- Termination within the first 6 months results in full deposit forfeiture.
4.4. Service Activation
Activation requires settlement of the first prepaid subscription fee and the refundable deposit in full.
4.5. Arrears
Invoices unpaid for over 15 days from the due date will result in immediate service suspension.
6. Legal Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By making payment for the initial invoice, the Client formally acknowledges and agrees to all terms, service levels, and exclusions stated in this Annexure. All software remains the exclusive property of Caspersoft (Pvt) Ltd.
